Not all cameras have the possibility of changing the shutter speed.
If you have it, it tends to be on the top of the camera.
It’s a circular disk that you twist to adjust the speed.
These type of cameras tend to have a removable lens also.
So if your lens doesn’t come off, then its more than likely that your camera isn’t sophisticated enough.
If you’re really interested in photography, try joining a camera club, photography society in college/school, or enrolling in a night class.
It takes a bit of practise to get the ‘hang of’ changing speeds, and aperture sizes (hole in the lens that lets the light in).
They could also advise you if you want to invest in a good camera.
If you DO find the shutter speed knob, and you’re using a very slow speed, you might need to use a tripod,or at least prop your camera on top of some solid surface.
Use the delay button to minimise camera shake.
The numbers marked on the knob, tend to change colour where the manufacturers recommend use of a tripod.

read the book chuck…..depends whether your digital or manual…..best thing is probably to take it into a store….the best ones are the independdant ones for asking stuff like that.
